Return Policy

At Svoxo Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. Each of our attars and fragrances is carefully crafted to deliver the highest quality experience.

Please note: Since attars and perfumes are personal-use products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tested. This ensures the purity, safety, and hygiene of every fragrance we deliver.

However, we gladly accept returns or exchanges if:

• You received a wrong product.

• The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.

• The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Window: You may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placement, as we strive for fast dispatch and delivery.
• To cancel your order, email your Order ID and reason for cancellation to svoxobeauty@gmail.com.
