• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist you and, where applicable, initiate an investigation with our shipping partner.

• Courier investigations to locate a delayed or missing package may take up to two weeks to resolve.
